Mark White Lures are hand-made out of out of Kauai, HI by Jesse White, son of founder Mark White. His lures are uniquely made out of ceramic rather than traditional resin based molds and therefore has a completely different manufacturing process - They are actually fired in a kiln before being painted.

The Scoop Jetted Bullet is a unique one from Mark White - Has a mostly forward tapered bullet shaped design with 4-hole jets and a pointed nose with a very slight scoop at the nose of the bait.
Here is Mark White Lures on their 9"+ Jetted Pusher:
"This is what is what we affectionately call a big 9. It’ll fit a 9in skirt but also can take 10-12in skirts. 4-holed jetted bullet with small scoop in the leading edge to create a nice wiggle/swim pattern. It has been most productive on the long rigger or off the center rigger."
