A brief summary: The JP Lures Series all are handmade from the same molds originally created by the original JP Lures maker, Joe Palacat. When Eric Koyanagi (maker of Koya Lures) was first learning how to produce lures, Joe was not just Eric's main inspiration but also his only mentor, teaching him everything he needed to know about lure making. Thanks to the strong ties between the two living legends, Joe gave Eric his blessing to start the re-production of JP Lures once again. These are 100% authentic and provided with the JP Lures signature on each lure as well as the original eye style and even some of the original insert paper that were also unique with his lures (which have limited availability) - All to give full due respect to the original creator as well as to prove his ultimate blessing for their production.**
The Noname is another plunger shape originally made by Joe Palacat with 12" sized skirt saddles. Has a mostly flat back with a slight taper towards the slanted nose. Excellent for Marlin especially and more of a Medium tackle bait. The ability to offer the same JP Noname but now produced by one of the world's current best lure makers is nothing but a luxury for all of us to have. After 16 years of being out of production, the chance is finally here again to add one of these lures to your spread.
