Our GZ Benchmark TTS Stiff Hook Rig is a stiff rig built with the following components:

Grander Marlin Tackle NEW Benchmark Swivels

Sizing Specifications:

• Large: 9.5" (Total Rig Length (From the Connection Loop to the Bottom of the Hook Shaft) - Good for 10" BOM 502 (Untrimmed) to 16" Sized Lures including Vinyl Length
• Medium: 7.5" Total Rig Length - Good for 9" BOM 352/402 & 9" Flashabou Length

We highly suggest keeping the skirt length below the eye of the hook to meet IGFA standards - Skirt length after that point is up to you.

“This final product is the result of my search for the perfect hook rig. My experiments started around 2017 where I knew there had to be a better way. I went down a lot of rabbit holes and tried a lot of different theories and ideas out. 

Ultimately after years of testing, I fell in love with this heat shrink and magic benchmark swivel idea. I put that to work over the last 3 years, and the last 2 years I’ve been running the prototype version of the swivel being sold today. The results spoke for themselves, so much so that I didn’t want to release this to the public. However, so many of my mates and anglers had now seen it after fishing with me so the cat was outta the bag. 

It’s designed to help you steer the lure and to help with less pulled hooks due to hook movement and also heavy lures swinging around on the first set of jumps. It’s been tested for strength, and I’ve used it on some very big fish. Most notably releasing one on it last year that was very close to if not a grander.
