Fire Tailz on “Fired Up" Series Vinyl Lure Skirts:

"Improved durability and colors, these skirts are designed to trick the most discriminating Marlin and get the hook up or tease. Heat recommended for stretch during skirting."

Here are the skirt dimensions:

• Small: 13" x 4 11/16" with 5/16" fringe
• Medium: 14" x 5.5" with 5/16" fringe
• Large: 15" x 7" with 3/8in" fringe
• X-Large: 15" x 8.5" with 3/8" fringe

We recommend trying to use a whole sheet for each lure and not trimming off material much due to the designs, but sometimes to get a "flush" skirt job it requires a strand or two to be removed. That being said, the material is close in material to Naugahyde vinyl and is very durable.

We will do our best over time to recommend the proper Fired Up Vinyl skirt sizes on each product page. For now, here is a general assumption on skirt sizes by lure size.

Small: fits 10" lures (Marlin Magic Baby Ruckus/Hibby, Moyes Medium J-Boy, etc.)
Medium: fits lures similar in size to Koya Medium Poi Dog or Marlin Magic Ruckus 
Large: 14-16" lures
XL: fits teasers
