Tsutomu Lures were established in 2010 by Garrett Lee out of Hawaii. They are coveted by fishermen worldwide with their beautiful handpainted fish inserts.

The Kona Dragon is a super heavy lead head fish head, and this is the 9"+ skirt saddle sized version. Has mostly forward taper towards the pointed bullet nose. Gorgeous fish head lure. This is the 4-Hole jetted version.

This lure is modeled after our highly successful H1 bullet but runs much deeper in the water. This makes it an easy target for subsurface-feeding fish like Ahi and Ono as well as a good shotgun lure for marlin.
The large 7/32 size jets flowing through this lure adds more movement to the skirts and some extra sound as the water gurgles through the Dragon's massive nostrils.
