Tsutomu Lures were established in 2010 by Garrett Lee out of Hawaii. They are coveted by fishermen worldwide with their beautiful handpainted fish inserts.

The Kona Dragon is a super heavy lead head fish head, and this is the 9"+ skirt saddle sized version. Has mostly forward taper towards the pointed bullet nose. Gorgeous fish head lure. This is the non-jetted version.
