This head was made by Tom Futa is an oddly shaped 9" skirt saddle sized bullet shaped bait with an original design cut head design at the top of the head. See photos for further explanation. These are extremely rare with a unique head shape.

This particular head has a silver rainbow-iridescent fish scaled wrap covering the insert with a dark blue back and a set of red eyes. Skirted in Superman blue/silver over red.
