This 7" reverse tapered Slant is made by an unknown lure maker - Design looks close to an old Futa lure but is unmarked. Has heavy front and reverse taper with 7" sized skirt saddles.

This particular head has an amber chrome wrap covering the insert with a triple poured black back, root beer stripe, and clear belly with a set of red eyes.
