The Moyes Lures Hannibal is a 14" sized double tapered plunger with a much slighter taper than his most of his plunger shapes - almost more of a straight runner. Many large Marlin have been caught on the Hannibal - extremely effective lure. Keel weighted for perfect balancing to keep the lure from rolling. Excellent long corner bait.
