Our custom built Grander Marlin Tackle 15.5" Kona Strong Flap/Medium D-Flap Combo is built with the best components to create a premium Spreader Bar. The Kona Strong flaps are all Nylon-reinforced for a stronger and more durable flap product compared to most competition in this flap size.
Our flaps also allow for a stronger mono connection with how they are designed with the grommet holes both center on the flap and a bit further down the nose than most flaps. We tie them differently crimping leader through both grommets and stringing them together to where they should not rip apart like most flaps have the risk of doing.
This all combined with the Grander Marlin Tackle Medium Blunt D-Flap combo make for a gnarly Teaser combo. In the first run of this one, it actually raised a rare Mahi in little time in areas where Mahi are rarely caught while trolling for big Blue Marlin.
