This head was made by Kelela Lures and is known as the Paniolo, which is a 9" skirt saddle bullet shaped bait with an original design cut head design at the top of the head. See photos for further explanation. These are extremely rare with a unique head shape.

This particular head has a silver rainbow-iridescent Starburst wrap covering the insert with a blue back and a set of red and black eyes. Skirted in black/orange over pink.
