This is an APO Lures 9" sized bullet - This is a long bullet head with a fairly heavy lead insert. Has forward taper towards a pointed bullet nose. We do not have much info on APO Lures at the moment other than they are produced in Hawaii.

This particular head has a bright and colorful flashy ice blue and silver rainbow-iridescent wrap covering the insert with a blue back and a set of red eyes.
