The Moyes Lures Davey Boy is a 12" (skirt saddle size) sized plunger style head with deep taper more towards the nose of the head. This is a fantastic plunger for Marlin. Very productive lure, especially from the short and long rigger (Andy Moyes likes his from the long rigger). Keel weighted for excellent balancing to keep the lure from rolling. Captain Marty Bates out of Cape Verde, who uses Moyes Lures regularly in his spread, is also a big fan of this lure from the riggers. When we discussed this lure with him, he stated that he "caught a lot of big ones on that lure" including the one photographed below.

This head has a clear resin pour with a purple back and a mirrored/reflective rainbow-iridescent wrap covering the insert. Skirted in Purple Glitter with Black and Aurora stripes/Silver Glitter (BOM Color #63) over Silver Glitter (BOM Color #25).
