This particular head comes in Antonio's "Mahi Mahi" theme with a yellow pearl insert and blue Mahi dots scattered throughout with three red dots under each eye and a green glittered back and a yellow belly resin pour. Hula skirts match the head perfectly in dark green/UV yellow over blue/green with a black lateral line.
